Refractory bricks that are not artificially damp need to be dried before use. Refractory materials should be built on staggered peaks and their use is strictly prohibited. The expansion joints of refractory bricks shall be filled with refractory mud, Hot Air Stove and the fullness of refractory mud shall not be less than 90%. The powder should be filled in the refractory brick masonry.
Pick the bricks carefully. Chipped corners and edged bricks and cut bricks shall not be directly put into the furnace, the parts in contact with the flame, the furnace, Hot Air Stove the load-bearing parts, Hot Air Stove and the inner surface of the expansion joint. Check the size of the expansion joints reserved for refractory bricks, Hot Air Stove and check 10 times with a feeler gauge every 5 square meters. Compared with expansion joints with more than half of the size, no more than 5 expansion joints.
