The 330mm RTCr flake chain grate adapt light chain flake grate stoker and heavy chain flake grate stoker, this kind of grate bar improved reasonable air distribution performance, strengthen the seal at both side of the chain grate. The material have high heat-resistant and erosion-resistant performance, the content of Cr can be adjusted according to the boiler temperature, the conventional content is 0.8-16. Our factory provide a series size of flake grate bar for maching different type of chain grate stoker, such as 1-25 t boiler grate stoker, 10-65 t boiler grate stoker. 

The grate bar has variety size and type, which can ajusting many kinds of boiler design. Such as the bars with ear on one side, the bars with grooves and without grooves. Differen grate bar equiped different splint, we can provide suggestions accordingly if you don't know which type you need.
